If you have additional luggage, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n<details class=\"ml-accordion\">\r\n<summary>How do I know my booking has been accepted?<\/summary>\r\n<div class=\"ml-answer\">\r\nOnce your booking has been received, we will send you a confirmation by text message and email. Your booking is confirmed once you receive your booking reference number.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n<details class=\"ml-accordion\">\r\n<summary>What if I cannot locate my driver?<\/summary>\r\n<div class=\"ml-answer\">\r\nYour booking confirmation contains our 24\/7 contact number. Simply call us and we will assist you immediately.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n<details class=\"ml-accordion\">\r\n<summary>What if I need to cancel my booking?<\/summary>\r\n<div class=\"ml-answer\">\r\nCancellations made 24 hours or more before your booking are free of charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n<details class=\"ml-accordion\">\r\n<summary>Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?<\/summary>\r\n<div class=\"ml-answer\">\r\nNo. We monitor your flight using the information provided during booking, allowing us to adjust your collection time at no additional cost.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/details>\r\n\r\n\r\n<details class=\"ml-accordion\">\r\n<summary>What if I miss my flight?<\/summary>\r\n<div class=\"ml-answer\">\r\nPlease inform us as soon as possible.
