Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made between the customer and M&L Travel Liverpool.
Booking Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate booking information. This includes the lead passenger’s name, collection date and time, pick-up and drop-off addresses, contact telephone number, email address and flight information where applicable.
The lead passenger or person making the booking accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of all travelling passengers.
Incorrect Booking Details
M&L Travel Liverpool reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee or, in some circumstances, the full booking price again where incorrect information has been supplied and another collection is required on a different date or at a different time.
Booking Contract and Amendments
Once a booking has been accepted, M&L Travel Liverpool enters into a binding agreement to transport the passenger between the addresses supplied by the customer.
Any changes to the vehicle requirements, collection details, destination, date or time must be authorised and agreed by M&L Travel Liverpool. Additional charges may apply.
M&L Travel Liverpool reserves the right to refuse or reject any requested changes after a booking has been confirmed.
Passenger Fitness and Safety
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all passengers are fit and able to travel safely.
M&L Travel Liverpool does not provide child car seats. Customers must provide suitable car seats for minor passengers. Where a return journey has been booked, we may store the customer’s car seat by prior agreement.
Luggage Allowance
The standard luggage allowance is generally one suitcase weighing up to 22kg per passenger, together with one cabin bag.
Any additional or oversized luggage must be declared when the booking is made. Failure to provide accurate luggage information may result in the selected vehicle being unsuitable for the journey.
Booking Confirmation
All accepted bookings will be confirmed by text message or email. A booking is not considered confirmed until M&L Travel Liverpool has issued the customer with a valid booking reference number.
Payment
All cash bookings must be paid in full on the outbound journey, including bookings consisting of two or more journey legs, such as a return booking.
Alcohol and Drugs
M&L Travel Liverpool reserves the right to refuse transport to any passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or may place the driver, vehicle or other passengers at risk.
Where transport is refused, any refund will be subject to a £10 administration charge.
Right to Refuse Bookings
M&L Travel Liverpool reserves the right to refuse, reject or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary.
Third-Party Operators
M&L Travel Liverpool reserves the right to subcontract a booking to a suitable third-party transport provider where necessary.
Delays Outside Our Control
M&L Travel Liverpool will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the collection address at the agreed booking time.
However, we will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including unexpected traffic, road closures, severe weather, mechanical breakdowns, accidents or other unforeseen events.
Priority Journeys
Journeys to airports, railway stations, cruise terminals and other destinations where the customer has onward travel arrangements may be given priority over other bookings.
Cancellations and Refunds
Customers may cancel a booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time and receive a refund, subject to a £10 administration charge.
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
By placing and confirming a booking with M&L Travel Liverpool, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these booking terms and conditions on behalf of all passengers included in the booking.
