What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of Liverpool and surrounding areas including Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral and Cheshire.
Are your prices per car or per person?
All prices are charged per vehicle, not per passenger.
How much luggage can I take?
Each passenger can usually bring one 22kg suitcase and one 10–15kg cabin bag. If you have additional luggage, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.
How do I know my booking has been accepted?
Once your booking has been received, we will send you a confirmation by text message and email. Your booking is confirmed once you receive your booking reference number.
What if I cannot locate my driver?
Your booking confirmation contains our 24/7 contact number. Simply call us and we will assist you immediately.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your booking are free of charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No. We monitor your flight using the information provided during booking, allowing us to adjust your collection time at no additional cost.
What if I miss my flight?
Please inform us as soon as possible. If we receive enough notice, we will do our best to rearrange your transfer for another date without additional charges.
What does the quoted price include?
The quoted price includes one collection point, one destination (or return journey if booked), plus all airport pick-up and drop-off charges unless otherwise stated.
How early should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. As a minimum, we suggest one week's notice during quieter winter months and at least two weeks during the busy summer season to avoid disappointment.
Is the transfer shared or private?
All of our transfers are 100% private. We never operate shared transfer services, ensuring you travel comfortably and exclusively.
